Abinav has over 10 years of experience in advising and structuring Investments, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and in providing General Corporate & Commercial Advisory, and Contract Drafting and Legal Management services.
Abinav began his career with L & L Law Offices (formerly Luthra and Luthra Law Offices) in Mumbai, and he has also worked as a trainee, consultant, senior associate and as Of-Counsel with multiple firms in India and Germany. Apart from being an independent legal practitioner, he has also been associated with boutique firms – Assentio Legal (merged with Khaitan & Co) and J&M Legal in Chennai. Through his private client practice, he has worked with founders of emerging companies, advising them from incubation to exit, and has also acted as external counsel to entities in various sectors.
Abinav holds an undergraduate degree in law from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad where he was a gold medalist in Company Law, and a postgraduate degree from the University of Cambridge where he read Commercial Law.
Abinav spends his leisure time cooking, reading and playing football.
